Dashboard AI Response Generator

The Chrome extension handles replies directly on the review platform, but the AI Response Generator in the dashboard is always available as an alternative — useful when you want to manage responses from a single place or you're not on the platform page.

Option A: Dashboard AI Response Generator (Paid Users)

For logged-in users with an active subscription:

1. Go to Dashboard → AI Response Generator
2. Paste the customer review text
3. Optionally add the reviewer's name and star rating
4. Choose your answering mode (Simple or Pro)
5. Click Generate Response
6. Copy the generated response and paste it into the review platform

Option B: Free AI Review Answer Generator (Public Tool)

For users without a subscription:

1. Go to Tools → AI Review Answer Generator

2. Paste the customer review text

3. Select the star rating (1–5 stars)

4. Optionally select your business type

   Supported types include: Restaurant, Retail Store, Healthcare, Salon/Spa, Auto Service, Home Services, Professional Services, Fitness/Gym, Hotel/Lodging, Other

5. Click Generate Response

6. Copy the response and paste it into the review platform

Free tier limit: 15 answers per week. Paid users get unlimited access.

Option C: Review Response Templates Library

For templates without AI:

1. Go to Tools → Review Response Templates Library
2. Filter by rating, sentiment, and industry
3. Copy and adapt the template for your reply
