Create your account and complete your business profile
1. Sign Up
Create your BoltReply.io account by signing up with your email or Google. After signing in, you can access the dashboard and start configuring your business profile.
2. Complete Your Business Profile (Onboarding)
Before generating AI responses, you need to complete your business profile. This helps the AI understand your brand and craft responses that match your voice.
The onboarding wizard has 5 steps:
Step 1: Business Information
- Business name — Your company or store name
- Main category — Primary industry (e.g., Restaurant, Retail Store, Healthcare)
- Secondary category — Optional
- Products/services — What you offer
- Brief description — Optional summary of your business
Step 2: Location
- Country — Where your business is located
- State/Province — Required for regional context
Step 3: Brand Voice
- Response tone — Choose from: Professional, Friendly, Casual, Formal, Empathetic, Enthusiastic
- Greetings — Optional examples (e.g., "Thank you for your review", "Hi there")
- Signatures — Optional sign-offs (e.g., "Best regards", "Cheers")
- Brand voice notes — Any extra guidelines for your personality
Step 4: Response Settings
- Language — Language for generated responses (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
- Response length — Brief, Standard, Detailed, or Adaptive
- Positive review CTA — Optional call-to-action for positive reviews
- Negative review escalation — Optional escalation procedures for negative feedback
- Other considerations — Optional notes for the AI
Step 5: Review & Finalize
Review your profile and confirm. You'll be redirected to the dashboard once everything is saved.
3. Choose Your Answering Mode
In the dashboard, go to Answering Mode to choose between:
- Simple mode — Quick, AI-generated responses based on your profile
- Pro mode — Use custom prompts for more control over tone and content
4. Subscription & Credits
- Free tier — Limited access to AI review answers (e.g., 15 free answers per week on the public AI Review Answer Generator tool)
- Paid subscription — Unlimited AI-generated answers, custom prompts, and automatic review monitoring
Check your subscription status and credits in the dashboard sidebar.
