What platforms does the Chrome extension support?

The extension works on Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb, Amazon, and other major review platforms.

On Google My Business, a reply button appears directly next to each review. On other platforms, select any review text and click the BoltReply icon that appears to generate a response.

Can I use BoltReply on TripAdvisor?

Yes. Open TripAdvisor, select the review text, and click the BoltReply icon that appears next to your selection. Or use the AI Response Generator in the dashboard if you prefer.

Can I use BoltReply on Yelp?

Yes. Select the review text on Yelp and click the BoltReply icon to generate a response. The AI Response Generator is also available in the dashboard.

Can I use BoltReply on Booking.com or Airbnb?

Yes. Select the review text on any of these platforms and click the BoltReply icon to generate a response.

Can I use BoltReply on Facebook?

Yes. Use the AI Response Generator in the dashboard or the free tool to generate responses for Facebook reviews.

What's the difference between Simple and Pro mode?

  • Simple: AI uses your business profile automatically
  • Pro: You can use custom prompts for more control over tone and content

How do I change my brand voice?

Go to DashboardBusiness Profile and edit your onboarding settings (brand voice, response settings, etc.)

I've run out of free answers. What now?

Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited AI-generated answers. Or use the Review Response Templates Library for free templates.

How do I get the Chrome extension?

Download it from the BoltReply homepage or the Chrome Web Store. The extension link is in the header and footer.
