Chrome Extension

The BoltReply Chrome extension works on any major review platform. There's no copy-pasting, no tab-switching, and no leaving the page where reviews actually live.

1. Install the Extension

1. Download the BoltReply Chrome extension from the homepage or the Chrome Web Store
2. Add the extension to Chrome
3. You're ready to go — no additional setup required

2. Connect Your Account

1. Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar
2. Sign in with your BoltReply.io account (or create one)
3. If redirected to an extension callback page, the extension will receive your session automatically

3. Responding on Google My Business

BoltReply injects a reply button directly next to each review in your Google Business Profile:

1. Go to your Google Business Profile and open the Reviews section
2. Find the review you want to reply to
3. Click the BoltReply button that appears next to it
4. Edit if needed, then post — without leaving the page

4. Responding on Other Platforms

On Yelp, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb, Amazon, and other platforms:

1. Open the platform and navigate to a review
2. Select the review text with your cursor
3. Click the BoltReply icon that appears next to your selection
4. A response will be generated using your business profile settings
5. Copy and paste the response into the platform's reply field

Troubleshooting

• Extension not connecting? Make sure you're logged in to BoltReply.io and the extension is enabled in Chrome
• "Connection failed" — Try logging out and back in from BoltReply.io, then reload the page
• BoltReply button not showing? Refresh the page. On GMB, ensure you're on the Reviews tab of your Business Profile
• Selection icon not appearing? Make sure you're selecting actual review text and that the extension is active on that tab
• Extension ID error — If the callback page shows an extension ID error, contact support
