How to Use BoltReply
Follow the setup steps, then choose your platform—Google Maps or others like Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Booking.com—to start responding to reviews with AI in seconds.
Step 1: Introduction
BoltReply is an AI-powered Chrome extension that helps you respond to customer reviews in seconds. It works directly inside Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and other review platforms—no switching tabs or copy-pasting required.
Step 2: Download the Extension
Install the BoltReply extension from the Chrome Web Store. Click the link to add it to your browser—it's free to get started. Install from Chrome Web Store →
Step 3: Create Account & Business Profile
Sign up at BoltReply.io and complete your business profile. Add your business name, tone of voice, and any specific guidelines. This helps the AI generate responses that sound like you and match your brand.
Step 4: Log In to the Extension
Open the BoltReply extension and log in with the same account you created. This connects the extension to your profile and preferences so it can generate on-brand responses.
Google Maps
Step 1: Find Unanswered Reviews
Navigate to your business reviews on Google Maps. BoltReply works right where your reviews live—no need to leave the page.
Step 2: Click Bolt Reply
When you see a review you want to respond to on Google Maps, click the BoltReply icon in your browser toolbar. This opens the sidebar where you can generate and edit your response.
Other Platforms
Step 1: Highlight the Review
On Yelp, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb, or Amazon, select or highlight the review text you want to respond to. BoltReply uses this context to generate a relevant, personalized reply.
Step 2: Use the Sidebar for Your Answer
The sidebar shows an AI-generated response. You can edit it, regenerate if needed, or post it directly. Your reply is posted right there—no copy-pasting or switching tabs.
