Terms of Service

These Terms explain how you can use BoltReply, including account rules, billing, acceptable use, data protections, and support commitments. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

Your Agreement with BoltReply

By accessing or subscribing to BoltReply, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the Service.

Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity performed by teammates or collaborators you invite.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

  • Plans and pricing are listed at BoltReply.io/pricing.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record, and local taxes (VAT/GST) may be added.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
  • You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access remains through the end of the paid term.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or if an SLA credit is explicitly offered.

Acceptable Use

We may remove content or suspend access when we believe these rules are violated.

  • Do not violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or invade privacy rights.
  • Do not upload malicious code, spam, or offensive content.
  • Do not reverse engineer, probe, or misuse the Service, APIs, or infrastructure.
  • Do not share credentials outside your organization or resell the Service without permission.

Data & Privacy

Review the Privacy Policy for details on data collection, cookies, and user rights. The policy is part of these Terms.

  • You retain ownership of Customer Data submitted to the Service.
  • You grant us the rights required to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
  • We rely on vetted providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Paddle, Sanity, and optional analytics tools with consent.
  • We may anonymize and aggregate usage metrics to improve product performance and reliability.

Beta Features & Feedback

  • Beta or preview features may change or be discontinued without notice and are provided “as is.”
  • If you share product feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

Intellectual Property

  • The Service, software, UI, logos, and documentation are proprietary to Guillermo Fidelio.
  • You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license while your subscription is active.
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Service Availability & Support

  • We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Planned maintenance windows will be communicated when possible.
  • Support is available via hello@BoltReply.io, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm UTC-3.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions may not allow these limits; where prohibited, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

  • The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those required by law.
  • Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages, or lost profits/data.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Customer Data or use of the Service that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create security/legal risks.
  • Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete or deactivate your account, retaining data only as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflicts rules.
  • Disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
  • Contact us first to attempt informal resolution within 30 days before filing suit.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be emailed to account owners or announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
